Bashar has worked in Hollywood for 17 years.  How does the process of accepting change occur?  People are people. Bashar believes that one of the strongest tools created is the media.  Politics is the biggest user of media.  He asks do we use media enough? How do we use it as a solution? We have to educate. Do not blame others for not knowing. Bashar shared how humor and joking is necessary. If we reach out to others they will reach out to us.
